We began using the Grand Meadows product in 1995 when an older elephant with severe joint problems arrived at our sanctuary. We began feeding the product to her and her companion as well as all of the other elephants at that time. Over the past 10 years we have also began a program of using this product with all of the other species -- bears, tigers, mountain lions as well as continuing with the elephants.
We are convinced that it has provided them with comfort and has prolonged their lives.
